Games are 20 minutes per half and there will be unlimited substitutions on the day.

- Stage One on February 22nd with three counties playing in the University of Limerick and three counties playing in Mallow GAA Complex. All games will be 20 minutes per half. Counties will play two games on the day and the results of the games will be recorded. These results will be used to grade teams for Stage Three. Unlimited substitutions can be used on the day.
- Stage Two on March 28th with all six counties playing in one venue. All games will be 20 minutes per half. All counties will play three games on the day and the results of the games will be recorded. Unlimited substitutions can be used on the day. Counties will be graded 1-6 following the completion of Stage One and Stage Two. 1st and 2nd in the group will play in the Munster Under 14 A Final, 3rd and 4th will play in the Munster Under 14 B Final and 5th and 6th will play in the Munster Under 14 C Final.
- Stage Three on April 11th with the Munster Under 14 A, B and C Finals being played in one venue. All games will be 30 minutes per half with Result on the Day. Five substitutes can be used only in normal time.
