This workshop will focus on up skilling coaches on all the playing rules of Ladies Gaelic Football and how coaching can be delivered to ensure all players are aware of it. The workshop (approx. 2 hours) will also deal with the basic details of the injury fund and what coaches; in particular, need to know to ensure the fund is utilised effectively. The Cork club mentor workshop will take place on Monday November 4th in the Silver Springs Hotel Cork at 7.30pm.
