Limerick go in search of redemption

Limerick make the trip to Derry this Sunday, 2 March in Round 3 of the Tesco Homegrown NFL.

The trip to Derry
affords this squad the opportunity to exorcise the demons of the Roscommon game
and deliver on their potential and hard work. Training has being going well
despite the stresses the weather is placing on the availability of pitch time
throughout the county. Four girls start for the first time in this years league
with Siobhan Moloney taking over at mid field from the unavailable Megan
Kelliher, with Lisa Hartnett, Orlaith O’Donoghue and Louise Ryan also making
the starting team for the first time. Confidence is high for this fixture with
the intention of reigniting the campaign for league honours after the let down
of the Roscommon game.
