Annual Passage West Underage Blitz announced

Passage West GAA Club are holding their annual girls under 8s/10s Girls football blitz on Saturday the 13th September 2014. Limited to 64 teams. Limited to 20 under 8s teams and 44 under 10 teams. Any queries please call Francis Mc Eveney on 087 9159834.
 
1. Spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis: First 64 teams in with cheque payable to Passage West ladies football club.Send to Francis Mc Eveney,27 Parkview,Church Hill,Passage West Co Cork.This Blitz is opened to all Counties.
 
2..It’s €50 per team, non refundable. Receipts given on the day of the event, this is to cover the cost of ning the day.
 
3.Up to 20 players per panel, no over age players please.You play what the other team has if short eg players 12 v 12,14 v 14.Subs roll on roll off. All players must be registered members of the LGFA.
 
4.Games will be played under the full rules of ladies football.
 
5.One hop one solo.
 
6.4 teams per group.
 
7.Games will be 10 mins each half with a 3 min half time
.
8.All teams get medals.
 
9.Players will march behind Ballypheane pipe band and other bands in a parade before the blitz begins with their club banner and flags (need loads of colour from clubs).
 
10..All clubs to come togged out,bring a spare set of jerseys incase clubs have same colour,bibs will do.
 
11.All clubs to register before  parade by 10.15am at Passage West GAA club  and be on time for parade by Star of the Sea School at 10.30am.
 
12.All clubs must bring a ref,this is compulsory and we need the names before hand as this helps to make the day a success..
 
13.All clubs to be in Passage West GAA grounds by 10am Saturday 13th September.
 
14.All players to bring packed lunch and drink .
 
15.Hope to be finished by 4pm.
 
16.We will have a limited about of T.shirts at a cost of 3 euro each for each team while stocks last.Collect once you registered at club.
 
17.The organizing committee decision will be final on all matters.
 
18.Food and refreshments can be bought on the day.
 
19.This is the girls day its all about making memories for your team and club.
 
20.Mentors are requested to assist with time schedule to ensure smooth running of Blitz.
 
21.All teams must notify Croke Park if coming for insurance purpose
 
We hope to have some Cork ladies senior players to meet the kids on the day.Face painting free for the kids,First aid section on show,etc.
For teams staying over we will have a disco for the kids and parents that night in the Passage West Gaa club House.
