The Munster Under 15 development blitz saw 141 players from 9 teams across 4 counties participate in the annual Under 15 development squad blitz in a very busy Mallow GAA complex.
With the weather ideal for football and the conditions perfect, everything was set up for a great day of football and the many parents and friends in attendance got just that. Each team played three games throughout the day and the players and coaches from Kerry, Limerick, Clare and Tipperary truly displayed the fruits of their training over the past few weeks.
The amount of clean blocks, near hand tackles and great support play was very evident in many games with the coaches outlining their delight that the skills worked on in training were being brought to the games. Referees Niamh, Aine and Jimmy were crucial to the smooth running of the day.
